Glossary
What each word you see on the Launchpad screen means.
Agent. The agent builds what you ask for. You talk to it in the project chat.
App. The app is what you publish: a page, a site, a members area or a tool. It opens in the browser, on desktop and on mobile.
Database. The database stores the information your app looks up later, like sign-ups, records and history. The agent creates the database when the app needs one, after asking you, and you don't configure anything.
Hotmart Club. The Club is Hotmart's standard members area, ready to use. It still exists alongside Launchpad. The members area the agent builds lives inside the app, not in Club.
Marketplace. The Marketplace is the catalog screen, where the templates live.
Preview. The preview shows the project you're building, working, exactly as the buyer will see it. The preview is private.
Project. The project is everything you build in Launchpad. When you publish, the project becomes an app.
Prompt. The prompt is your written request, and it doesn't have to be perfect.
Publish. The Publish button makes the project live. After you publish, it changes to Published.
Template. A template is a ready starting point, with the structure already built. Using a template is optional. Learn more in Templates.
.hotmart.app. It's the address of the app you published, in the format project-name.hotmart.app.
hotmart.build. It's where you build, after signing in with your Hotmart account.
